Month 1

Foundations of the Word

Monthly Movement

Explore

This month invites you into the story of Scripture itself. You’ll explore what the Bible is, how it came to us, how it is meant to be read, and what it reveals about salvation by grace. Rather than approaching Scripture as information to collect, you are invited to encounter it as God’s living Word—given intentionally, preserved faithfully, and meant to shape how you know Him.

Engage

This month calls you to return to Scripture as the place where you meet God honestly. As you read the weekly passages, resist the urge to rush, explain, or move on quickly. Stay with the text long enough to see what it says about who God is and how He relates to His people. Let His Word correct false assumptions, steady unsettled faith, and reestablish trust where it may have weakened.

As Scripture begins to take root, allow it to shape how you carry yourself with others. Grace received reshapes grace given. Pay attention to how your words, patience, and responses begin to change not through effort, but through alignment with what God has revealed. This month is lived out in ordinary conversations, quiet moments of return, and small decisions shaped by truth rather than impulse.

What matters most is faithfulness, not intensity. Keep coming back to the Word. Let it do its work.

"And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers...." Malachi 4:6
